If you are participating in an assembly and voting digitally, here's what you need to know.
Organizations may provide either a personal invitation or an open link for assembly participation. You can join using any device - computer, phone, or tablet. If you need help accessing the assembly, please refer to the link below. If you're unable to vote digitally during the assembly, you can still participate through physical voting - simply contact the administrator to arrange this.
Voting Process
The assembly may include one or more votes. You can only cast your vote when the administrator has opened each individual vote. For live assemblies, follow the chairman's instructions on when to vote. Make sure to submit your vote before the administrator closes each vote. For asynchronous assemblies where voting doesn't occur in real-time, follow the on-screen instructions and submit your votes before the final deadline.
Casting Your Vote
The system supports different types of votes including yes/no decisions, elections, and polls. If you wish to nominate yourself in an election, you can do so when that specific vote opens. Please note that votes are final and cannot be changed once submitted - so review your choices carefully before submission.
Depending on the vote type, you may cast one or multiple votes on your ballot:
For yes/no decisions, you can cast one vote
For elections and other voting forms, you may be allowed multiple votes per ballot
Your ballot will clearly indicate the number of votes you can cast. Select your choices and click the "Cast ballot" button to cast your ballot. In most cases, you may cast fewer votes than the maximum allowed. However, some votes may require casting the exact number of indicated votes for the ballot to be valid, typically due to bylaw requirements. You always have the option to cast a blank ballot, which counts as participation without selecting specific options.
Proxy Voting
If you're appointed as a proxy holder, you can cast votes on behalf of your principals as well as your own. After casting your personal vote, select your principal's name from the tab at the top of your ballot to access their voting interface. Cast their votes following the same process as your own. Repeat this process for each principal you represent.
Results
Once the administrator closes a vote, results will display on your screen and the shared presentation screen (if in use). You'll see the vote tally and distribution and, in most cases, the outcome. For special situations, follow the chairman's guidance on determining the winner based on the displayed results. After each vote concludes, you can proceed to the next vote when the administrator opens it.
